Select Show Horses has a 24 hour cancellation / rescheduling policy, except in the case of illness.

 

If you cancel with at least 24 hours’ notice, your package will not be charged.  

 

If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, you may reschedule the lesson within the next 7 days if space is available, and your package will not be charged. 

 

If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, your package will be charged, unless an unforeseeable emergency is the cause. 

 

If you fail to cancel, but do not attend your lesson, your package will be charged. 

 

In the case of illness, the 24 hour cancellation policy does not apply; however, please call or text as soon as you know your rider will be unable to participate in the lesson.

 

This policy is in place out of respect for our instructors and other students.   Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice are difficult to fill. By giving last minute notice or no notice at all, you prevent someone else from being able to ride in that time slot.
